Delete your data.
You can delete your WiTrack device profile and associated data without creating a support account.
From your phone
Open WiTrack → Me → Delete device data and confirm. Keep your phone online until the app confirms completion. Sharing stops, and your profile, authentication credential, push registration, connections, pending requests, and stored location results are deleted from the active service. Cloud connection stays off until you choose to reconnect. If a connection fails, retry before uninstalling.
Without opening the app
Email support@wiracode.com with the subject WiTrack data deletion request. Include your public WiTrack ID (WT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) if available and whether you still have the original installation. We will reply to arrange verification and explain any information needed to handle your request. This email route is also available after uninstalling the app.
A public ID alone cannot prove ownership. We do not disclose or delete another person's information based only on knowledge of their ID. Do not email private device credentials, passwords, or location history. Losing the original installation may prevent us from verifying ownership; contact support for help.
What may remain
Information already viewed or saved by other people cannot be recalled. Provider backups and operational logs follow provider retention settings and terms, and may outlast deletion from the active database. Support correspondence may remain to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. See our privacy policy for details.
Uninstalling or clearing app data does not itself delete a cloud profile. Reconnecting after successful deletion creates a new profile and requires new connection approvals.
